Since being Fired last year because of allowing Shield members to the ringside and losing the post of General Manager of RAW and receiving a Choke Slam from Kane, Brad was nowhere to be found except for his strange video footage. But he is back now and the reason is not known yet, so this week's RAW might reveal his reasons for this action.
